It was ugly and a long story starting from P838 and then some our EB3ers. My
post about flowers. The event also happened in 2008. Two events pushed O
and USCIS to Indian side.

发帖数: 71 | 14 For item 1, I don't see any unfair as long as Mr. O set PD of Indian behind
us.
For item 2, it is not fair, but I am not sure if Indian EB3 used 2800 every
year.
When we contact Mr. O, please show our reason to fight, not for fight to
fight, then Mr. O will ignore us for sure. Right now I can see we can't find
a good reason, just complains it is unfair, and keep arguing in the middle
of nowhere. |

Prior to sometime in 2008, spillover was like this: EB1ROW -> EB2ROW ->
EB3ROW -> EB3I/C. At one point, EB3I/C PD was ahead of EB2I/C PD due to this
spillover. Then O changed the spillover to: EB1ROW -> EB2ROW -> EB2I/C.
P838 came here brag that it was him called O and persuaded him to make such
change (I believe him since he pointed some immigration rules stated
spillover should be that way). This made many EB3Cers furious. They started
to call O's office numerous times a day and attacked P838 in 移民专栏.
According to P838, O had to stop answering any phone calls to his office...
At the meantime, IV (Immigration Voice) sent a truck load of fresh flowers
to USCIS. I happened live in the same town as IV's founder and happened to
attend an event where him and the head of USCIS and lots of lawyers were
there. When the head of USCIS said we sent the flowers to a children's
hospital, all the people in there were like "wow, that's beautiful".
You see the pictures?
My suggestion is why not we send flowers to O. IV sent to USCIS. We send to
O. It's not original but everyone loves flowers.
