基本上可以说打开了一种新的移民渠道，可以叫"创业"移民。
有钱的可以投资移民，有工作的可以职业移民。这个法案通过后，有想法的人，可以搞
创业移民。这个法案的Option2，相对在美国境外的人，给了在美国的H1B了很大的优惠。
初创投资只要$20K。两年内只需要创造3个工作机会，以及吸引$100K的新投资或者revenue达到
$100K。很多在ebay做生意的人估计都够资格。

Option Two: Immigrant entrepreneurs currently in the U.S. on an unexpired H-
1B visa; OR immigrant entrepreneurs currently in the U.S. who have completed
a graduate level degree in science, technology, engineering, math, computer
science, or other relevant academic discipline from an accredited United
States college, university, or other institution of higher education would
be eligible for a StartUp Visa if;
They demonstrate annual income of not less than roughly $30,000 or the
possession of assets of not less than roughly $60,000; and
Have proven that a qualified U.S. investor agrees to financially back their
entrepreneurial venture with a minimum investment of $20,000.
After two years, their business must have created 3 new jobs and raised not
less than $100,000 in additional capital investment or generate not less
than $100,000 in revenue. |

of not less than roughly $30,000 OR the possession of assets of not less
than roughly $60,000”; 只要证明自己有6万资产，如果没工作的话。其实对PD靠后
，不能叫485，拿EAD工作的广大H4，F2还算利好如果能过得话。
