发帖数: 9035 | 2 In my case, I applied for I-140 in March 2006 and I finished my J1 waiver in
April 2008 and filed my 485 in August 2008, and just started my H1B visa
from June 2009. My J1 status didn't affected by my filing I-140. My J1
waiver lasted 22 months because DOS lost all my documents and my case
precess was delayed.
I think all J1,F1 visa holders can file I-140 if you don't want visit China
until you file I-485 and get your AP. |
