我知道公司2009年初打的广告，可是140上显示 6/16/2010
我问一个律师，说6/16/2010就是485 的PD.
可是哪有LCA递交一个多月就能连140也给批了的道理啊。
不懂，趁大家高兴，谁能给解释一下，谢谢 |

it can give you all the detailed records your company filed such as PERM
documents and i140 forms.

从file perm 到 140 approval 难道只用40天吗？这个好像有点说不通。

. They did told me that when first time advertising for perm I have some U.S
citizen apply for job.

Ask your company for details.
But nobody knows whether a citizen applied for job or not. Maybe they
intentionally delayed your PERM from Jan 2009 to June 2010.
