1. 如果第一个雇主帮忙申请EB3,中间更换到第二个雇主,那么第一个雇主的绿卡申请
是否作废?
2. 在第一个雇主工作期间等待排期的时间是否算到第二个雇主申请的绿卡排期内?比
如一共要排8年,在第一个雇主处等待3年,换第二个雇主申请绿卡是不是只需要等待5
年了?

Priority Date (PD).
If you back to China, Your PD is still valid, when your PD is current, you
can file your I-824 ($340/person) to National Visa Cneter (NVC) in China,
and get your medical exam in Guangzhou, and get your FP ($74/person) in
Guangzhou, and apply for your immigration visa ($720/person) and interview
in Guangzhou US Consulate. After you get visa, you can come to USA in 6

1. No.If your I-140 has been approved and your I-485 has been pending for
over 180 days, you can use AC21 for job change.
Maybe, if your old employer cancel your I-140.
2. Again, it depends on the I-140. If your old employer does not cancel your
