8/27交了加急，没几天就批了。这些人感觉就是要赚钱。btw,我交的是cali center

My company lawyer called USCIS on 8/27. This is email I got from the law
firm: "I have contacted the USCIS customer service today and filed an
inquiry for expedited processing of your H-1B petition based on the
expiration of your current DL. Hopefully, we will receive the approval
notice before your DL expires."
After that I saw two soft updates on 8/30 and 9/3. But my case is still in
initial review phase. |

当时还在网上看了一下，说是如果你的renewal pending，之前的H1B expire后可以合
法工作240天。
不知道我看得对不对，请有需要的同志们自己再去确认一下。 |
