otherwise we would see a lot of complain posts here, which is not.
It could be most of them were approved at the early weeks, and for those
waiting people get approved later, since they didn't water at the begining,
they just don't water here to report happy also.

Although I don't have experience, based on the posts by others in here, it
seems you need
actively request SR, contact senate, congressman, etc...
