理了，5月还没处理，EAD已经过期很久了....

USCIS electronic records indicate that your application for employment
authorization has been assigned to an officer for adjudication at the
Nebraska Service Center (NSC); however, the adjudication process in this
case is not yet complete. My liaison has notified the aforementioned officer
that there is congressional interest in this case. While USCIS is unable to
determine the date on which a USCIS decision or other notice of action will
be issued in this case, you may follow-up with my office 21 days from the
date of this email should a decision not be made by then.
从infopass得知我的case在7月16号就已经被assign to officer了，从那以后啥变化也
没有，expedite request也因为已经under officer review不起任何作用。现在
congressman的回答感觉也没有任何进展。
周五旧卡过期下周开始就unpaid leave了，真是不知道还能怎么办才好，不知道什么时
候能等到尽头。

worried and I started spotting-8 weeks pregnant. Now my boss said it is good
time to stay home and bed rest. Card expires tomorrow. |

为485本身就是一个要求转身份的申请，再提交一个会让uscis confuse有可能会影响
485，我觉得我的律师可能比较保守这个信息不一定对，但是又怕影响绿卡不敢尝试。
大家有没有问律师关于这个呢？

one and half month.
Try to not worry too much and make sure you get medical insurance covered
from your husband or cobra if your company will stop it (which will happen
to me).

我觉得应该是congressman的inquery起了作用，大家如果还没有找congressman或者
senator的话可以试试。

让我等后天再打电话。还说有可能是mail给我response。现在就怕是让我fax
supporting doc过去，我没收到email可怎么办。我会不会是最后一个五月的人，万一

response了但是你没有收到email，想确认一下是email response了还是mail的，如果
是email了没收到他们可以查出来读给你听，如果是mail的话t1的officer是看不到了，
那你就只能等纸质的，或者约个local infopass他们可以打印出来给你。
我做的expedite就是他们给mail了，我区local infopass打出来看的，mail过了差不多
10天才收到。。。

谢你，我明天再打一个试试，不行就info pass再试试。我今天告诉她有response了，
周六就发了我没有收到email，让她帮我查一下到底是不是email的，她就说那你还没到
5天，我们不能查，要周三再打。

congress man,周一ead批了，之前等了130天。虽然到今天也还没寄出来，不过至少批
了。
