I have three questions:
Does this mean that I have to wait for another two years to get perm approve
d?
Can I file perm in the same company again with title changed?
If I change my job, and file perm in the new company, will this case affect
me in the future?

发帖数: 3693 | 2 好象一般被audit的case从递交到approve一般要两年多的时间。如果你之前已经等了很
久，估计是不会再让你等两年的。
换个title file风险还是挺大的，且不说这两个职位听起来是否substantially
different，有两个PERM pending的话导致被audit的可能性就更大了，还不如老老实实
地等结果，至少你PD是保下来了。 |
