Your job duty should be similiar if you are PERM based. Otherwise, the
company needs to start from PERM again for the new position (or the company
would like lie to the USCIS)

职责内容很相似，那么就没关系。 |

发帖数: 289 | 8 我的情况是，本来的工作要求master/phd，新工作只要求master/bachelor，但是要5到
10年工作经验，当然我没有这么长工作经验。但是新老板愿意写一个新的job
description来match old job。所以关键看你新的老板愿不愿意配合。还有HR愿不愿意
操作。规定是死的，人是活的。
我说的原楼主的情况，肯定是符合规定的，所以没问题。你的情况，我就不好说了。
