Calculating how many visas remaining.
Guys
I continue to find new ways of forecasting. They all lead us to
different results at time. But the good thing about having too many ways
to find the truth is it allows us to triangulate as best as we can.
So here is the next method. I will state the result first. Describe the
method next and provide calculations at last.

不过，这么多的预测非常entertaining倒是真的，别太认真，就是乐呵乐呵。
