但下面这句话让我感到很迷惑

Organization Name must be provided.

因为我不是self-employed，好像又必须提供employer information, 各位大侠是怎么
填的？而且假如提供employer information, 还必须提供IRS Tax #. |

petitioner WITHOUT employer. So
both the conditions are not related to your case. Just leave employer part
empty.

The question 2 should be no unless you are a person as described. I am not
sure about it.
