楚，因为niw也是Employment based caterogy。
今天刚看了这个文章

想来问一下版上的高人，这个是否正确？
另外几个问题
1）niw可以在国内申请？
2）NIW 140批了，真的可以回国等排期吗？- 以前我问过几个律师，众说不一
3）公司里给办的eb2，有一个priority date比较早，如果失业或者回国，niw 140被批
了，可以re-link到以前的PD，提交485，然后在非h1b或者在国内等绿卡批准吗?
其实这几个问题，以前都研究过，但是感觉答案说法严重不一致。。。

offer. This is particular true, when your 485 case is under review. Without
it, you can not show you will work in the area related to your NIW.

The same as (1). You need a job offer at your NIW area when your case is
processed at the consulate. Otherwise, there is no basis for your
immigration.

基本不可能。那就等于niw 140批了也没用, 关键还是得有美国工作?
