到年度财务法案中。
具体只能靠大家给议员写信，传真，visit了。

maybe we have to go with your "People Sea" strategy--do you mean we get
everyone to call/contact local senators/congressmen for such an amendment?

immigration subcommittee.
Our leverage is that early submission of 485 can give US government 20
million dollars every year.
