我还有另一个疑问:公司说我申请LC的Job description必须是我刚刚进公司的时候
qualify the position. 也就是说,我在公司的工作经验都不能算,我现在的职位提升
如果是因为在公司的工作经验导致现在我qualify,那么我必须要回到刚进公司时的职
位。
感觉就好像在拿到绿卡之前时间必须停滞在我进公司前?另外,听说移民局收到485后
我就可以换工作了?

My lawyer says that it is ok to get promoted from Engineer to Sr. Engineer
or even Staff Engineer so long as the job scope remains unchanged and it is
also ok to get salary increased year by year. |
