如果从程序的正义性上来说，他是不是真的应该被逮捕呢？
那个嘉宾也说了，当然对他的charge可以因为他和他的家人人身受到威胁而被drop
不过这个嘉宾也很扯，说那个off-duty 警察可以辩称之所以砸lein的车是想以"hit-
and-run"，逮捕他，他拒捕，才揍他。。。

Mr Lien has hit another biker, he has hit another biker before he ran over
Jay. (Lien not at fault, Jay's gang fellow deliberately caused it.)
Nobody has done anything to Lien before he ran over Jay. He should have
honked to warn Jay. (Damaged SUV, slashed tires, surrounded SUV by group.
Jay blocked the highway. Honking won't work. Lien has honked before, Biker
reacted with swarming around SUV.)
It is irrelevant. He has done nothing wrong. He was not driving at the time
when he was run over. He was legally there. (What does irrelevancy mean?
irrelevant to what? Of course it is relevant to his illegality on highway.
Had he not illegally operated a motorcycle on the highway, he wouldn't be
there. The fact that he illegally riding a motorcycle on the highway is per
se relevant to his wrongdoing of traffic violation. He illegality won't
automatically terminate by getting of his motorcycle and leaving it in the
highway.)
Jay has spent 9 days in coma. (Now this is really irrelevant to Lien's legal
liability.)
What is wrong with the reporter? Why can't he list her arguments and rebut
them one by one? Is it so hard? He obviously felt very frustrated at Allred
's bullshit.
