win7下，click下面这个CMD文件，运行后VPN就连上了。现在用win7的task scheduler
却怎么也不run。请问各位大侠，win7下，这个scheduler应该怎么做才能让它运行
？谢谢了。
（其中y.txt里只有个y字母，是作为input）
