1月上旬知道一家公司在用waterfall，而且2周就能release。
2月上旬知道另一家公司也在用waterfall，基本4周能release。
今天面试被问了。愿问题大意如下：Do you have experience in Software
Development Life Cycle?
我的回答:
1.Experience in waterfall, SDLC, and Agile....blablabla
2.All of them are good. I have observed a company still using waterfall and
can release in 2 weeks. ...blabla...It all depends on the specific
environment.
3.The most important thing is to specify the complex business problem into
detailed components... | w*r
发帖数: 2421 | 2 depends on the scale of the project. On the safe side, I prefer agile. and
waterfall for each
component/stage. Too manytimes, the requirement cannot be clearly identified
until the testing phase.
Lessons been learned a lot of times in large scale projects.

development;
Waterfall and Agile is smaller concepts under SDLC...
