1月上旬知道一家公司在用waterfall，而且2周就能release。
2月上旬知道另一家公司也在用waterfall，基本4周能release。
今天面试被问了。愿问题大意如下：Do you have experience in Software
Development Life Cycle?
我的回答:
1.Experience in waterfall, SDLC, and Agile....blablabla
2.All of them are good. I have observed a company still using waterfall and
can release in 2 weeks. ...blabla...It all depends on the specific
environment.

。记得被一批人鄙视得一塌糊涂。老中的问题是什么？不会做PPT？不会说话？自负加
自恨？同胞拆台？
都是，都不全是。
美国的一切游戏规则都在桌面上。问题是，大部分老中做得实在不好。我举个些例子：
1）过于迷恋高科技等。美国的情况是，低技术往往是大众需要的，比如修个空调，卖
个保险什么的，才是第一桶金的重要来源。
2）过于迷恋高技术，轻视初级项目经理工作
一个软件工程师要成为项目经理估计得8年。而大学一毕业，大部分老中不乐意申请做
初等项目经理的，即使做了，因为工资低，做的PPT也不好，往往被技术ARCHITECT白眼
，很快老中就去做技术。无数MIS毕业的都是如此。大学里学的SDLC一辈子都用不上。
但是，事实是，一个初等项目经理提升到中级项目经理只需要3年。很快，5年后，很多
印度人就做到高级项目经理，到食物链的上头。
3）不明白资源的重要性。下属，同事，上级，项目财权，人事权，等都是资源。一让
老中对发票，就满腹牢骚。其实，检查报销发票是掌握权力的开始。要明白权力是90%
