但我一直没有付诸行动，当然一方面是因为没有合适的partner,但另一方面也是因为我个
人担心的因素。
我看过许多太早进入open level的dancers,最后的结果都不尽人意，许许多多的girls in
champ level,却没有办法follow一个简单的syllabus foxtrot,第一次见到的时候，我很
suprised,后来我的一个coach告诉我，其实这很常见，一般就是比较talented的dancers
(especially girls!), rush into open level too early的结果。
我想这是女生们的一个问题，因为我们只要能follow,有个好的partner,一般情形下都能"
蒙混"过去...那到底要如何知道什么时候是开始跳open materials的时机呢？
basics永远都不可能perfect,不管什么程度，大家都还是不停的work on basics啊,所以
这似乎也不能拿来当一个标准。那拿赢得比赛的次数吧，但大多数不住在N | s**********l

or rhythm because all of which have open positions where lady dancer is on
her own to express freely. But even in standard, when you watch top
professional ladies, they are very expressive! You can see it through their
body movements and head movements. That is what makes standard so beautiful,
and that's why I love it so much! Like in a foxtrot outside swivel, you can
see the lady's head swirl, and that's so dreamy. | d********e

give to that result. if you're really in doubt, and gert is asking you to do
syllabus anyway, why don't you keep doing it for a while until ohio star ball.
it's not like you're not improving your dancing by staying in syllabus a bit
longer. what's the highest syllabus competition in ohio star ball; pro-am has
sooooooo many different levels, i can't keep track of it, but go do that in
novemeber. if you do well, move to ope | d********e
发帖数: 419 | 4 pro-am competitions are getting really tough. lots of talented ladies paried
with well-known and accomoplished pros. i've also heard that politics in pro-
am may be bad. so i wouldn't beat myself up if i don't do well in the first
couple of big comps:) but i believe eventually the rankings will be in line

发帖数: 113 | 6 as far as I see, for standard, open figures are really not that much different
with the syllabus figure, there will be more syncopations in open figures,
which demand more basics and better timing.
plus, for an open lovel routine, there's still plenty of syllabus figures,
dancing open routine is really not the reason not to put emphasis on basics.
I had a look at your waltz and tango video, you guys already have a few open
figures there...

guys they like ah. The only reason I 把自己打扮得漂漂亮亮的 is to 让别人的视觉
有所享受,right?
