在中央公园，和那p1，p2啥的骚车也是可以比比的。
今天到山里的公路上，一来全是高手，二来器材还是比不过人家啊。在稍微平点的地方
还能和人家玩玩，但是一到大上坡，我站着死命爬，人家pia pia一变档，坐着就把我
超了。到了大下坡，我在死命踩，人家又是pia pia一变档，轻轻踩几下又把我超了。
总共６４麦，爬了５５００ｆｔ，包括休息花了４小时１９分。

good to the knees in the long run. The key is to increase the cadence in a
gear with a proper pressure on your legs that you are feeling comfortable
with. I read research before that said all conditions the same, low gear
with high cadence are more efficient than high gear with low cadence. I feel
so, at least the muscle on the legs wouldn’t feel tired so easily.
But on the other hand, you gotta to have strong legs to achieve this. Very
good ride. |

发帖数: 1992 | 9 Depends on gradient. If the gradient is not too bad, LZ can just stand up
and rock. Geared bikes are obviously more efficient on rolling hills. And
higher cadence (to some extent) too. But single speed riding is a good way
of training, as long as the hills are not too steep for the gear ratio you
choose.

发帖数: 1992 | 11 Too bad I had to sell my single speed/fixie a year ago coz' the hills near
my home is too steep for that. But I remember when I rode my single speed, I
had better fitness level. Now I have to totally rely on my granny gear :-(

发帖数: 819 | 14 确实是，我的gear ratio是3：1，平地上上到90rpm，大概也就21mph
但是在人口车辆密集的城里骑车玩的不是fearless而不是绝对速度。
