像spd－sl是公路车的，那我需要买spd－sl的吗？还是spd也可以？

bike. sometimes I need to run errands on my commute bike.
frankly, performance wise, most people won't really tell or care about the
difference.

eggbeater is super easy to click in and out with 4 sides rather than just
one side in road pedals. Maybe road pedals are more stable because of the
wider contact surface?

give you higher pedaling efficiency and less strain on the balls. however I
am not at the level that can tell the difference. well, maybe I can notice
the difference, but it's not my bottleneck.

However it's probably due to the shoes rather than the pedals.

shoes for mtb & road respectively. but i like my mtb shoes & eggbeaters.

迄今为止挺满意，走路确实不方便，骑起来很不错，因为有时候想不穿锁鞋就commute
一下，所以选择了105，pedals面积大，没锁鞋也没关系
看到ironman2015推荐的CrankBrothers Eggbeater，非常心动啊！如果下次需要换
pedals的话就这个了，105的cleats用起来好像挺费的。这个eggbeater的cleat貌似全金属的，应该撑的久一些吧 |

MTB shoes. My first pair lasted for 8 years! I'm in my 2nd pair of
