1. before和after一定stretch quad, hamstring, calf, 要不膝盖容易出问题。
2. 每次运动回来不管膝盖疼不疼, 都要agresssively ice the knee。Because even
if you don't feel the pain, it may have became swollen underneath the knee
cap.
3. 喝水。 如饼干筒说的,"要多喝水,而且要早喝,不要等到口渴
了再喝。一天2-3升水一定要喝足。而且要补充无机盐(gatorade)。" 要喝多少呢?
医生说至少要在first fifty miles pee twice。
4. put vaseline in the crutch area (but not too wet) before riding to ease
the pain on the butt.
