information.你觉得差不多么(没有这方面经验)？因为land是不要保险的把？这个房子
的问题是没有elevate过...不知道这个在贷款的时候有没有问题。 |

bill from the seller.
For the home inspector, they don't know much about flood plain or elevation.
You need a land surveyer or land engineer to deal with flood related issue,
if you need to find out more. But I don't see why being in a flood zone is a
critical factor here. All it matters is that you need pay about $2,000
flood insurance a year. It has nothing to do with your mortgage application. |

I asked an insurance company recommended by FEMA.The flood insurance
actually is pretty ok. But it turns out they can not issue the home owner
insurance because the house is close to water. Is it fine not to have home
owner insurance? |

owner insurance. There are many near water properties in Stamford, you
should be able to find an insurance company who can accept you.
