我想是不是给大家介绍一下怎么方便地完成签名。我是这样的(如果大家有更方便的方式请
写出来)：
1.先注册 （点下面两个连接的任一个都可以看到Creat an account），就是填写简单
的信息。然后系统会发一个连接到你的信箱，点这个连接确认，同时这个信件里还有一
个密码。

Legal employment-based immigration petitioners are defined as not being
competing with American citizens for job opportunities by a very strict
USCIS process including the prevailing wage test, the 2-month recruiting
test, etc.
They fill in positions that either American citizens choose not to fill or
there're not sufficient American citizens to fill up these positions.
Without EB immigrants, these jobs could have been permanently outsourced
overseas, together with those closely-related jobs.
It's a paradox that they are de facto helping keep many jobs inside U.S.
Moreover, they possess the experience and skills that help U.S. companies
gain global competences.
They should NOT be heavily backlogged for abiding by U.S. laws, while
sympathy is given only to undocumented immigrants.
刚才是务虚，现在是务实：
Employment-based (EB) immigration visa quotas are distributed mainly by
countries regardless the size of each country. As a result, EB2 and EB3
Chinese and Indian petitioners are woefully backlogged.
With their I-140 petitions approved, had they been born in any other
countries, they can receive greencard in a few months. They deserve to
receive parole and employment authorization before they file I-485 form.
Since EB2 and EB3 Chinese and Indian petitioners keep not only their own
jobs, but also many related jobs inside U.S., they deserve to be allowed to
file I-485 form, though not to be approved until the immigrant visa number
becomes available.
No law prohibits USCIS from allowing the beneficiary of an approved I-140 to
apply for an EAD and Advance Parole, to file I-485. | p****8

back the petition site and click the petition, seems that the site count my
