Very nice location and the house is in great shape and the owner is very
nice.
Best for family with kids.
Price is around 2400 ( I am not 100% sure on this ).
Let me know if any of you are interested.

发帖数: 165 | 6 我的邻居也有2-bedroom出租，在cos cob，离old greenwich很近，可能就1，2个mile吧，我不知道他要租多少，但是大概就1500多，这个价钱和1bedroom和studio差不多了。地点也很好，cue-de-sac，非常安静，走路就可以到公园。不好的一点就是，这是2family house，楼下另外住了一家两夫妻带一个小孩。 |

remember, realtors will show you the units they can get higher commissions
from owners. So you need to play with them. The other way could be just
finding a managed complex such as Avolon, stamford village... The monthly
rental will be higher but the condition of units are much better. If you
