out one of them, either the studio ($800, independent in a luxurious well-
maintained complex) or the apt share ($400 with a male Chinese Scholar, also
a nice complex near UMas Medical Center and Downtown Worcester) . Above
prices are both lower than what I pay, and still negotiable. We are about 40
miles from Boston.
