I never live in Northeasten area before (most of time in mid-west area). I
would like to know what kind of living in CT (in Stamford/Norwalk area) with
a household income of $50K/year (before tax)would be. A detailed break-

apartment is cheaper than in NJ, depends on what area you live.
food, utility are more expensive, higher income tax than other states, plus
annual car property tax. insurancce?, i keep my car insurancce in the old
insurance company, no change, it's ok.
that's it, hope it's helpful | f*****S 发帖数: 998 | 3 Housing: 1500/month for a 2-bed room apt should be fine unless you have to
live in good area
Transportation:depends on how much you drive everyday
Insurance:you mean car or others? for car, i am paying around 650 for six
months to Geico
Food:i spend around 150 per month. for a couple, 250 should be enough
Utility:depends on your apt,250 per month should be enough
Entertainment: depends
basically, 50k b4 tax can support your life although you might not save a
lot. |
