发帖数: 8200 | 1 I honestly have LOVED five spice for the years that I have been here ( even
though they're food has made me sick), but they have slacked off on their
customer service so bad! I called to have food delivered to a place that
they have delivered to for months (few times a month) and three hours later,
no food. So I called to ask why, (talked to three different people) and
they told me that they couldn't deliver to me because they didn't know where
I was and then canceled my order. I gave them the address 5 times!!!!!!!!!
with extra details!!! I asked why they didn't even call to tell me my food
wasn't coming they had no answer. The women was SOOOO RUDE! so rude to me,
made it clear it was not her fault but mine that they're delivery person
couldn't find the place. told me they could still deliver it even though it
was cold that I would still have to pay, they refused to remake the meal
after I offered a second shot of "please bring me food" , told me they
canceled my order but somehow never bothered to tell me! TERRIBLE service.
I called another place and they had fresh, delicious food to me within a
half hour... | l*****t
