service providers with Chinese consumers. The company aims to connect global
retailers with the best technology platforms available. The company is
official partners with WeChat and Alipay, as well as a network of travel and
lifestyle apps, to deliver a better cross-border shopping experience for
Chinese consumers.
Job Title: Product Operation & Customer Service Intern

Job Description:
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s suite
of products
• Manage service-related collateral such as service documentation,
production forms, media buy proposals, etc.
• Assist the Account Manager in campaign activation
• Research best practices to optimize operations workflow and
streamline procedures
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s Mini Program (
super-app)
• Execute go to market strategies for the company’s products
• Analyze user feedback data to draw insights for future product
features
Job Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a college degree,
preferably in communication, marketing, business, psychology or related
majors
• Previous experience in tech, digital marketing, advertising or
related fields
• Have career plans in technology related company in the future.
• Feeling encouraged/satisfied helping users/clients
• Great verbal and written English skills & Chinese skills
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Creative thinker who can both take the lead and work
independently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, analytical and organized
• Strong interest in emerging technologies and new communication
platforms
