Job description:
We are looking for one intern to setup and complete IGBT device
characterization and reliability test.
At the end, the test sequence and result should be nicely documented with
analysis.
At the mean time, the intern should be able to assist other engineers to
complete other projects.
Skills:
Bench work
Familiar with Oscilloscope
Medium voltage converter experience
Good understanding of IGBT device
Capable of conducting power device characterization and reliability test
ANSYS Maxwell simulation preferred
时薪：$25-40，包工作餐。
工作时间：弹性，每周可工作10-40小时
须有合法工作身份(CPT, OPT等)，有出差国内的可能性。实习结束后根据工作能力考虑
转正。
