发帖数: 42 | 1 The receptionist is responsible for answering all incoming calls, greeting
visitors and assisting upper management for their other needs.
Duties:
-Filing, photocopying, and shredding.
-Perform general reception duties including greeting and assisting visitors
to the office, introducing guests and investors to the company, and showing
off company's on-going projects.
-Shipping, receiving and distribution of mail upon arrival.
-Prepare all outgoing mail including certified, registered and express mail
for postage and pickup.
-Picking and drop off of visiting guests to/from airport.
-Other duties deemed necessary.
Requirements:
Ability to speak in Chinese is critical.
Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of receptionist experience in an office
environment. Must have a professional and pleasant demeanor to welcome
visitors in person and over the phone. Driver's license and good driving
record is a requirement. Excellent oral, written communication and customer
service skills are essential.
