specializing in food and food culture will be conducting an international
research project on food trends in January and are looking for research
assistants from China.
Assistants will speak with family and friends back home, review food blogs
and websites from their native countries, and answer a set of open-ended
questions that we will provide. Compensation is $500.00 for around 20 hrs
for the research followed by a 2 hr in-person debrief in late January. The
goal is to gain a better understanding of popular snacks and confections in
