Sublease从8月12号开始，到明年5月31号截止，之后可以选择和房东续约。这种
Sublease是直接take over我现有的lease，所以价格比现在房东list的价格要便宜15刀
，而且sublease的合同是直接和房东签的，所以会面去很多不必要的麻烦。如果你要短

all electric, so the only things you need to pay are electricity, internet
and cable. Walking distance to Asia Market, Payless, and the shopping plaza
in West Lafayette. Reasonable room design makes the room look bigger than
