their professional seal/stamp over the sealed flap of the envelope."

发帖数: 906 | 4 Anyone who is PE can be a reference, no matter in which state he is a PE.
Engagement record and reference form Part A should be filled with your
previous related experiences.
In part B, the reference will review your experience and give comments on
the required questions. The form needs to be stamped.
The form should be available at CA board website.
