PE不难,再加survey, Seismic就行.
问题是听说SE申请要SE Reference. 能不能找做结构的外州PE代替? |

holder.
One thing I am not sure is whether the 3 plus years should be after your
CAPE or not. |

So that means if I don't switch to a company has CA SE. I won't be able to
apply, not even taking SE3? Looks like have to swtich to a CA structural
company. |
