9:30am: breakfast: kashi white tea honey oat+organic soy milk
12pm: a cup of cherry tomatoes.
2pm: a box of rice and chinese leftover.
snack: 1 yogort kifir (220cal), 1 gala apple..
dinner: half tilapia fish and 1/4 box of tofu cooked in chinese sauce. 1 cup
of steamed vegetable, 3 tablespoon of rice。 plus salad: spring mix+ 1/2
