I asked my relative to pay the scheduling fee, but not sure if they did the
rite one. will be screwed if it was mistaken for f1. Based on the receipt
they faxed to me, I couldn't tell if it's for h1 or others, just says it's
for nonimmigrant.
any one paid 960RMB for h1b in Feb?
