Ever since Deng Xiaoping began to undercut Mao Zedong's revolution in late
1978, halting and then attenuated political reform has been the hallmark of

Democratic 的西方视角应该是那种议会民主，
所以从康梁说起吧，
康梁的贵族；孙逸仙的资产阶级精英；胡适的，方的知识分子精英，
Democratic含义在他们那里不一样的，
中国应该还有另一面从底层泛动的被批为暴民政治和民粹主义的Democratic，
例如被封存的"街头暴民"，和近些时候出现的"网络暴民" 的Democratic
