Chinese Person Seeking Advice for Unfair Employment Pratices
I am having an employment related dispute with my previous employer that I
need a lawyer's help with. I am currently living in Atlanta, GA. The
employer has committed some very unreasonable actions and I need to know if
there are any laws or regulations to protect my rights.
Recently I have found a new job and submitted my 2-week notice (I have
copies of this email printed out by a co-worker) to the employer on Oct 6th
2008. Both the
