tell me the renewal procedure/necessary documentation forms/website? Details

out which district u are in.
Generally, u need 1-2 2'size foto (visa foto)
and fill in a form (can be downloaded from web)
and ur passport with proof that u are still in US legally: I-94 or I-20 or
green card, etc.
and money order for $15, I don't know whether they charge the same in
different consulates.
Use express mail (Fedex, USPS, UPS...) to mail ur documents to the certain
consulate, and add a prepaid envelope (fo

Per consulate webpage, old version is coffee-color cover. Mine(issued in 1998)
looks like coffee-clor, but not sure. Can anyone tell from the issue date?
