Yes, it is fraud. And not just under your employers umbrella, but the school
you supposedly got your degree from could sue you for slander.
And yes, your employer could file criminal charges against you and you could
go to jail, depending on the line of work. It's called being hired under
false pretense. Plus, they could sue you for their attorney's fees, the
wages they paid you, and they could put a lien on your house.
Fine if you don't want to be moral, but just don't be stupid. |
