2017年1月1日起，北京新的积分落户制度将开始施行。还漂着的你，一切都好吗？
是否准备申请或已经开始算分了？
从几十年前一句“我调到北京了”的骄傲， 到近几年“逃离北上广”的无奈，再
到如今积分落户制度的即将实施。中国城市化进程举世瞩目，但也让那薄薄的户口页变
成很多人不能承受之重。
2016年8月，北京颁布了积分落户管理办法（试行）。
On Aug. 11, Beijing Municipal government unveiled a new set of trial
regulations for permanent Beijing resident permits based on a point system,
which will be put into effect on Jan 1, 2017.
新的积分落户制度建立在对申请人就业、居住状况、教育背景、生活就业区域、创
业、纳税、获奖专利以及犯罪记录等一系列因素的评分。
The points system is based on several factors, including employment,
dwelling condition, educational background, living and working area,
entrepreneurship, tax payment, age, honors and awards, and criminal record.
关于积分落户制度，最近我们和三位北漂聊了聊，他们所谈的，是真实的境遇和想
法，也许他们的经历和你截然不同，但或许你也能从他们身上找到些许的共鸣。
三位北漂者的故事
王鑫 来自哈尔滨
他即将研究生毕业，正在北京找工作。但他首先考虑的因素并不是薪酬和职业发展
，而是一个中国大城市新移民特别在乎的东西。
Wang Xin is graduating this year and is currently looking for a job in
Beijing. But his main worries are not salary or possible career development.
His primary concern is actually something many out-of-towners must consider
when moving to China’s big cities. 心声
即使雾霾袭城，我也想留在北京。
“Even though the smog in Beijing is quite bad, I'm still determined to
stay here. I feel that Beijing can offer me what many other cities cannot.”
现实
有能力给应届生户口的雇主非常少。
The most promising way is to find a job in an institution or a company
that can provide a Beijing hukou. However, most of the employers are unable
to offer a Beijing hukou.
万营
一个经营超市，在北京多年的顾家汉子
打拼十几年，万营有了家，但没有户口，他的儿子没有在北京参加升学考试的资格
，他的家庭面临着选择。
Wan Ying’s son is unable to sit the Gaokao examination in Beijing
because he does not have a Beijing hukou. He now faces a difficult decision.
心声
为了孩子，我想要户口。
“If they could finish their schooling in Beijing we'd be extremely
satisfied as parents.”
现实
要是真不行的话，我想我一家人都会回老家。
“If it's really not possible I guess my entire family and I will go
home.

While working in Beijing Qin Fanyou got married and decided to settle
down in Beijing. 心声
北京户口，曾经对我不是那么重要。
“I didn't feel the need for it, because I thought, what if my progress
here was bad? Or what if I'm not happy? Or there's too much pressure?”
现实
为了父母，开始关注新政。
“Mainly because of how it would affect my parents, when they get older
I'd like to live with them.”
