the screen is blur, hiding all the information, and there is a flower (a
kind of flower picture) at the bottom right corner of the screen. Now I have
to use library's computer that don't allow to type Chinese to send message
and get email.
Will anyone know what kind of virus it is and how can I fix it? If I can't
fix it by myself, where can I find help? Urgent, wait online...

然后去ms官网下载一个tool，放在usb里面。
开机run bios，进入蓝屏，选择usb启动，
然后选项选择format disk，
然后follow windows 重装。所有数据会丢失。 |

for me to run bios because the screen is blur. This reminds me the FBI
virus that my last laptop encountered...

For mat the drive means you will lose everything.
Second try to boot to safe mode with network and load an antivirus
This can be done by hitting f8 at the beginning.
Third.
Modern computer can be boot from a USB drive or cd. And then clean virus.
This is complicated. For pro use.
