租的房子。环境绿化的很好，门口有花花草草，有湖有公园，傍晚的时候很喜欢在小区
散步。我很喜欢这个apartment,但因为被公司relocate到外州，希望7月初的时候可以
转租。
屋里有洗衣机烘干机，整个房间 700 sqft，在一楼有patio。月租$1000,需要和
leasing office 签合同，lease 明年2月到期。

I really like my apartment, but since I am moving out of state, it's available for sublease around 7/5(negotiable). You would need to sign the contract with the leasing office, the lease is until 2/28/2014. My rent is at $1000/month.

From outside, the apartment looks like the right half in the first picture,
