The Evanston Go Club is proud to present our 13th annual Winter Workshop.
This year we are delighted to bring back Yilun Yang, 7 Dan Professional!
This 2-day workshop will be held Saturday, January 14 and Sunday, January 15
2012 in Evanston, Illinois.
The workshop is open to all levels, however basic knowledge of the rules and
fundamental concepts of the game is required.
(Players weaker than 20 kyu, please contact me before registering.)
The workshop will include lectures, game analysis, and everyone will play.
Mr. Yang has developed an effective workshop format that enables all
participants, from beginners to advanced players, to improve their skills.
Mr. Yang is the chief instructor of the American Go Institute in Los Angeles
, California. He has taught at the U.S. Go Congress, on the Internet, and
holds seminars all over the country.
He is widely regarded as one of the finest instructors in the world.
