Divisions: Open and Senior (> 40 years old)
Date: April 23 Saturday
Place: Windy City Fieldhouse http://www.windycityfieldhouse.com/
Team Size: Maximum 5 players including goalie on the pitch, a
forfeit will be enforced if less than 3 players are on the pitch for a team.
Roster limitation: Maximum 10 players can sign up for a team.
Game Time: 10 minutes half time, 20 minutes full. (tentative)
Format: Round-Robin within groups then playoffs
Sign-up Due Date: April 10 Sunday
Admission fee: $220 per team
Late Fee (after 4/10) : $100
Licensed referees will officiate all games.
