我们家选的10年的arm因为我觉得我10年后可以付清
如果这是你准备长期拥有的房子你也可以选30年的fixed
我选10年arm的考虑是准备前几年享受一下interest的纳税抵扣后几年狂prepay
你可以选5年的arm如果你觉得你准备五年走人

arm利率比较低。。。但是好坏没有绝对
