这玩意儿不是law enforcement吧。。。

居然随便一搜找到一哥们儿跟我在一摸一样的地方被拍
I recieved a "red light camera" ticket at Mannhiem and Higgins. I have gone
back and looked to see, where they have placed the line to stop at allows
for no possibiltiy of seeing on-coming traffic before turning. Rosemont...
you are dishonest and duplicitous in using the "red light camera" as a
method of stealing money
from people unfortuante enough to have to do buisness in your city. I am
planning on sharing with everybody I meet from now on...that Rosemont is a
city of true corruption. Don't do business there....

IL的no turn on red，一般还是挺大的，挺显眼的，倒是有的下面还有小牌子，
上面的小字得费劲读。
