So a few frat guys stopped by the new bar Turtles (the closest bar to
campus), and were having drinks when we were approached by the owner and
asked what it would take to get more IIT students in the bar. After some
negotiating we came up with this:
1.50 Domestic Beers
3.00 Jager Shots
4.00 Smirinoff you call it
0.50 wings 11am-9pm
THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING! The owner made it very clear that he would
be willing to continue work with people from IIT to make specials that
would keep us coming back. A very mutually beneficial relationship.
SO.... lets make this a good turnout so we can build a lasting
relationship..... (tears of joy)
